About Us
Cloudshore Partners has served individuals, business owners and investors for more than a decade, from Orange County to clients across the country and abroad. We bring the discipline of finance to tax: planning ahead, running the real numbers, giving you clear answers instead of a one-size-fits-all return, and supporting your long-term financial goals.
We specialize in the situations where tax gets complicated: small businesses and entrepreneurs choosing the right structure, executives and investors managing equity compensation and real estate, and families and business partners with ties across borders.
Our founder, Jessie Huang, spent over two decades at leading financial institutions, private equity funds and investment advisory firms, advising senior executives, leading finance for startups across multiple industries, and underwriting real estate deals. That is why she looks at your return as part of a bigger picture: your business, your investments and your plans for the future. Jessie is an IRS Enrolled Agent, the highest credential the IRS awards, with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers in every state. She is also a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson. She has been an active volunteer with AARP Tax-Aide, helping local seniors with their tax matters.
